Um NetSupport Manager v12 (oder aktueller) auf der Linux Distribution Debian 7.1 installieren zu können, müssen Sie folgende Vorarbeiten durchführen:

First they need to ensure the "cdrom" entries in the sources list are disabled
E.g. go to: Applications > System Tools > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager
From here, go to Settings > Repositories and select the "Other Software" tab
This is where you can un-tick any option that says 'cdrom'
Next, open up a terminal window and type: sudo dpkg -add-architecture i386
Close the Terminal Window
Reopen the Terminal and type: sudo apt-get update
Once that command has finished, Close and reopen the Terminal Once more
Now type: sudo apt-get install ia32-libs
Finally type: sudo apt-get install libglib2.0-0:i386

They should now be able to run the NSM installer
